Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

At CyberNet Labs, we provide digital services including cybersecurity assessments, automated vulnerability scanning, AI-powered chatbot solutions, and custom AI automation services. Due to the nature of these services, we maintain a strict but fair refund and cancellation policy.

By purchasing or subscribing to any CyberNet Labs service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available within the first 24 hours of service activation and only if the service has not yet been used or delivered.

A refund request must:

  • Be submitted within 24 hours of activation

  • Include a clear reason for the refund request

  • Be sent to refunds@cybernetlabs.co.za

Once the service has been accessed, initiated, scanned, deployed, or otherwise used, no refunds will be issued.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once activated or delivered, including but not limited to:

  • Website vulnerability scanning or penetration testing services

  • CyberGuard or similar automated security assessments

  • AI chatbot integrations once deployed or embedded

  • Custom AI automation services once development has started

  • Any service where reports, results, access, or insights have been provided

Digital services are considered consumed upon activation or execution, even if the customer chooses not to continue using them.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.

  • Cancellation stops future billing only

  • No refunds are issued for the current billing period

  • Access to services remains active until the end of the paid period

Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle may result in automatic renewal.

Custom & Professional Services

For custom AI automation, penetration testing engagements, or tailored cybersecurity services:

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has begun

  • Planning, system analysis, configuration, and testing time are billable

  • Any delays caused by the client do not qualify for refunds

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting CyberNet Labs may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services

  • Termination of accounts

  • Permanent restriction from future services

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with payment providers using service logs, activation timestamps, and delivery records.

Service Issues & Support

If you experience a technical issue or service-related problem, we encourage you to contact us. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction alone, but we will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate issues.

Policy Updates

CyberNet Labs reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
